Setup improvements

The following improvements have been made to Meridian Enterprise setup:

• An installation option is now provided to install components for the AutoVue Client/Server on the Meridian Web Access server.
• When running Meridian Enterprise and BlueCielo View on the same computer, uninstalling Meridian Enterprise will no longer break the BlueCielo View installation.
• The Meridian Asset Management Module extensions were not included in the 64-bit version of the Meridian Enterprise setup packages.
• Improvements have been made to the setup packages to minimize reboots.
• An option has been added to the 64-bit Windows setup package to specify the location of the 32-bit client files.
• Due to the fact that Bentley MicroStation is only available in 32-bit, it was not possible to select the Bentley MicroStation application link when installing the 64-bit version of Meridian Enterprise.
• By default, only application links for the latest three AutoCAD versions are automatically selected during the setup.
• The Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package is no longer required for installing BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise.
• Manual registration of AutoCAD vertical applications is no longer needed.
